George Strait And Me
© By Kayla Yarbrough
Every night I have a dream. It's not of the taste of sweet ice cream Or the white rabbit being late. It's of George Strait and me.
He is flirtingly sitting there While he sings "The Chair". His fingers move gracefully on the guitar His eyes are twinkling like stars.
His cowboy hat sits smartly His bootleg can be seen partly. As he sings his song I wish for it to be long, For I know when the song will end Soon around that unavoidable bend, My dream of George Strait and me will end.
