Drip drop Drip
Rain drops crash across my window
Reflect my feelings deep inside
All those emotions I dare not show
And those that I must always hide.
But there is one who always listened,
One who always cared,
One who stood right by me
When I was happy, mad, or scared.
She showed me what it was to have a friend so dear
One to call my best friend today and every year.
And now that we are grown, I'm very glad to say
She's my best friend and my sister today and every day.
