Bright Shiny Moon

© By Kim Harrison

I have fallen on the ground
I fell over a Beagle Hound
I split my pants as you can see
I hid behind an old oak tree

I ran as far as I could go
I hid high and I hid low
If you see me do not glance
I just want to change my pants

I stooped behind an old tree stump
Just so I could hide my rump
If you see me please beware
You might see my underwear

I am running like a flash
I fell into my neighbor's trash
I just hope I get home soon
And cover this bright shiny moon
